Why we built this

We kept watching good strategy die in execution.

A consultant delivers a beautiful playbook. The internal team tries to run it. Six months later pipeline is still flat. The playbook was rarely the problem. The missing infrastructure and the missing operators were.

Between us we have scaled a company to $220M, raised $50M, grown pipeline 5x, and built the sending infrastructure underneath modern outbound. So we built the firm we wished existed: one that designs the systems, staffs the operators who run them, and stays in the room as advisors until the revenue compounds.
